At our store, every custom Chinese seal stamp is made to order. Because each seal is personalized with your selected name, characters, font style, color, and packaging option, the full order process includes design confirmation, engraving, quality inspection, and international delivery.

1. Order Confirmation

After your order is placed, we will review the customization details you submitted, including:

  • Seal color
  • Seal size
  • Font style
  • Custom name, Chinese characters, English name, logo, or other text
  • Packaging option
  • Shipping address and contact information

If any information is unclear or incomplete, we may contact you by email to confirm the details before production begins.

2. Design Layout & Engraving Preparation

For personalized seal orders, our team will prepare the engraving layout based on your selected font style and submitted text.

For simple name seals, production may begin directly after order confirmation.
For more complex designs, such as English + Chinese combinations, logos, special symbols, or custom artwork, we may provide a digital layout for confirmation before engraving.

If customer confirmation is required, production time will begin only after the layout is approved.

3. Hand Engraving / Custom Production

Each seal is individually engraved according to the approved design. Since natural stone and jade-style materials may have unique colors, textures, and patterns, slight differences may appear between product photos and the final item. These natural variations make each seal unique.

During production, we carefully check the engraving depth, character layout, seal surface, and overall finish.

Estimated production time: 3–7 business days

For large orders, gift sets, logo seals, or highly customized designs, production may require additional time.

4. Quality Inspection & Test Stamping

Before shipment, we inspect each finished seal to make sure:

  • The engraved characters match the order details
  • The seal impression is clear
  • The seal body is clean and polished
  • The tassel or accessory is properly attached, if included
  • The packaging option is correctly prepared

For selected orders, we may perform a test stamp to check the final impression.

5. Packaging

After quality inspection, your seal will be carefully packed. Depending on your selected option, the package may include:

  • Custom seal stamp
  • Tassel or decorative cord
  • Storage pouch
  • Ink pad
  • Wooden gift box
  • Protective shipping packaging

We take extra care when packing stone seal products, as they are delicate and should be protected during international transport.

6. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, and local delivery service.

Standard International Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days

Expedited Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

Remote Areas

Delivery to remote regions may require additional time.

Estimated additional time: 3–7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, local holidays, incorrect address information, or courier service disruptions.

7. Total Estimated Order Timeline

The full timeline usually includes customization, production, inspection, packaging, and shipping.

Standard Custom Seal Orders

Estimated total time: 12–25 business days

Complex Custom Orders

For logo seals, special artwork, large quantity orders, or gift box sets:

Estimated total time: 18–35 business days

If your order is urgent, please contact us before placing the order so we can check whether expedited production or shipping is available.

8. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the package is shipped. In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed while the package is in transit between countries.

9. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees depending on the destination country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated. The buyer is responsible for any applicable customs charges required by their country or region.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order has been shipped.

11. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos if applicable.

For damaged items, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Your order number

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include replacement, partial refund, or assistance with a carrier claim, depending on the situation.

12. Important Note for Custom Products

Because each seal is custom-made, personalized orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started, unless there is a confirmed production error or quality issue.
